Nomination
Criteria
Do you know someone who deserves to
be recognized as Innovator of the
Year? If so, please indicate the specific
program or idea the individual developed
that produced one or more of the following
results:
- Increased company revenue through
the contact center
- Increased employee morale in the
contact center
- Increased customer satisfaction
- Reduced agent attrition
- Increased customer retention
For each
of the areas chosen to nominate the
candidate, please respond to the following
questions:
- What was the program or idea that
the candidate developed?
- Did the candidate have to solicit
company resources (time, personnel,
funds) to institute their program?
- What percentage of improvement
(such as revenue growth, decrease
in agent attrition, increase in
customer satisfaction, increase
in customer retention) resulted
from the program?
- How did the candidate solicit
the support of others to implement
the program?
- How soon did results become evident?
Submitting
Nominations
Nominations will be accepted throughout
the year. However, all nominations
must be submitted by Friday, April 1, 2005
to DIConference@witness.com.
Please be sure to provide the following
information with your submission:
- The name of your organization
- Your name, title, and contact
information (company address, telephone,
and email address)
- The name, title and contact information
of the person you are nominating
(company address, telephone, and
email address)
- Include all information requested
in the nomination criteria
The winner will be notified via
the contact information provided
on Friday, April 8, 2005.
