Training Options That Meet Our Customers Needs
Whether you prefer traditional, on-line, or one-on-one instruction, we offer several training options to suit our customers needs, including:

Distance Learning
We can deliver training right to your desk using the latest Internet and Webinar technology. This option provides a more convenient alternative to traditional, one-on-one training methods.

On-site Instruction
Need to accommodate larger groups of trainees within your organization? You may find it more cost-effective to arrange for end-user training at your location!

Please contact our training coordinator to confirm the customized and standardized courses that are available with this option.

Multi-Media Based Training
Our computer-based training (CBT) and Web-based training (WBT) options are ideal if you:

  • Prefer to learn at your own pace
  • Need to train new coaches
  • Would like to refresh or reinforce your eQuality skills

Our multi-media training series includes:

eQuality Now Courseware that consists of 35 lessons in seven contact center tracks to help you enhance your contact center skills. Designed with the adult and professional learner in mind, each lesson is approximately 15 minutes.

eQuality Balance Courseware includes our eQuality Balance Performance Management for Coaches and eQuality Balance Forms Administration courses.

Whatever your training preference, as your needs and requirements change we continually develop new offerings!
