Partners participating in the eQuality Global Alliance Program have access to an abundant set of marketing, technical and communication tools needed to be successful. Our partner offerings vary depending on your needs and the type of relationship established with Witness. Our programs are designed to help partners establish, develop and grow their business quickly with the support of programs such as:
- Partner Website for Channel Sales Partners: Channels Sales Partners are granted exclusive access to our password-protected Partner Website www.witness.com/alliances where they will find the most current sales presentations, RFP templates, competitive information, success stories, marketing brochures and a wide range of comprehensive product information.
- Sales Training: The sharing of information, strategies and product knowledge are a cornerstone to a successful relationship. Witness provides both Sales and Presales training to enable partners to sell, market, configure, and demonstrate eQuality Applications. Training modules are available via the classroom and online.
- Technical Certification Program: Channel Sales Partners receive the tools, knowledge and confidence needed to install and/or support Witness Systems solutions, maintain customer satisfaction and instill customer loyalty and referenceablity.
- Partner Technical Support Program: Certified Partners receive the same intellectual properties and resources that our own Professional Service personnel have as well as a team of experts on hand to provide back up support.
- Business Planning and Marketing Workshops: Witness will work with partners to create a document business plan and will help develop a “go-to-market strategy”.
- Named Account Manager: Witness Systems Channel Managers maintain a strong advocacy for resellers and distributors within their territory and are responsible for promoting and enhancing our business relationship. These same resources offer the guidance, support and industry knowledge needed to help Channel Sales partners build their marketing plan and achieve sales success.
